Note: Due to Covid-19, the return/ exchange process may be delayed by a few days, request you to cooperate at such times.

 

The Return/Exchange process takes 7-15 Business Days


Why? Here are all the steps -

1. You file the return/exchange request
2. Our team contacts you & gets all the necessary details
3. We arrange the reverse pickup by a courier company (if service available at your pincode)
4. You pack the product same as it was received. Please note, it is your responsibility to get a bag and properly pack the shipment so that it stays safe while in transit. The courier guy won't accept the shipment if it is not packed in a bag.

5. Your product/s gets picked up by the courier company and gets shipped back to us. This takes about 3-8 business days (reverse pickups are slower than forward shipments)
6. We receive the product back in our warehouse
7. We perform a Quality Check.
8. Then, if you want a refund, we'll initiate a refund as per the details provided by you & the money will reach you within 1-3 business days.
9. If you want an exchange, then we'll ship your exchange shipment within 24 hours, which should reach you within the next 3-6 business days.

Note: If you want a faster exchange/return we request you to yourself ship the order back to our warehouse(address: C-269 Prashant Vihar, Delhi 110085). Also, the Free Return Pickup Process where we get the return picked directly from your house is only valid for India. For rest of the world, you need to ship your order to us & then we'll initiate your refund. Exchange is not available on international orders.


How do I return?

For India -

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click "Start"
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved


For rest of the world -

  • i. If any product received by you has any issue/defect or sizing problem, then you can raise a return request and your money will be refunded, if applicable.
  • To file a return, you need to ship the product at our warehouse(address "C-269 Prashant Vihar, Delhi-110085, India) at your own expense. To keep the returning cost low, we suggest you to return the items using standard postal service.
  • ii. We accept return requests raised within 20 days of the order delivery. I.e, your return request must be initiated within 20 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are not valid on International Orders

Note: After we receive the returned product, a quality check will be conducted and then your return would be finalized.

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 15/20 days of delivery of your shipment, for India & the rest of the world respectively

  • Accessories & under garments are not returnable
  • All products must be in original condition
  • All products must be unwashed and unused
  • All products must be in the original packaging with all tags intact
  • Returns/Exchanges are not applicable on Products on sale/discounted products


Free gifts or promotional items are non refundable!
Shipping charges are not refundable.


In case of Exchange, please mention the Size you want in notes.

Are there any charges for exchange/return?

  • There are no charges for exchange.
  • If you decide to fully/partially return your order, then we will offer you a Devoted Voucher of the value of your order. You can use this Gift Card to purchase any other Devoted product/s you like, anytime in the future. 
  • If you want your money to be refunded, ₹99 is charged as 'Shipping & Handling Expenses'.
  • There won't be any deduction if you self-ship the products back to our warehouse - Address - C-269, Prashant Vihar, Delhi 110085.

Note: Exchange/return is applicable only once per order.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • We will drop you an email once we receive the return. Later, a quality check is performed and again we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 2-10 working days.
